Well, yes, there are a few rules that we have to impose, primarily for logistical and management reasons, but we don’t think they are too difficult:
- All Club orders MUST placed through a single point of contact in order to receive the Club Discount.
- The Initial Order from your Club (when you first qualify as a TOG-supported Club) must be $250.00 or more, but the good news is that you’ll automatically qualify for free shipping on your first order!
- Clubs must place a minimum of one additional order per calendar quarter (Jan – Mar, Apr – Jun, Jul – Sep, Oct – Dec). Your first order counts for the quarter you order it in! There is no minimum dollar amount for any orders after your first Club order, but you’ll need to do this in order to keep your club account active. (Unfortunately, if you miss a quarter, that means your Club account goes inactive and you’ll have to start a new account if you want to regain the Club discount.)
- Last but not least, we ask you to provide us with your Club’s gaming interests. For example, if your Club is primarily interested in Napoleonic Miniatures Gaming, we’d like to know that so we can better support your club. There’s no “right answer” to this – if your Club prefers to play RPGs, Family games, or Euro games, that’s fine with us (and “Everything!” is an acceptable answer too), we just are looking for information that allows us to better tailor support for you and help you have the most fun possible!
